Welcome to blackflagpools.store. By accessing or placing an order through this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

This website is operated by Graham Innovations LLC, doing business as Black Flag Pools. Throughout the site, the terms "we," "us," and "our" refer to Black Flag Pools. We offer this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site, to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers, and merchants.

Online Store Terms

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

Accuracy of Information

We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete, or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for making decisions. Product colors and appearance may vary slightly from images shown on the website due to screen settings and photography.

Products and Availability

Certain products may be available exclusively online through the website. These products may have limited quantities and are subject to return only according to our Return Policy below. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products that we offer and to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. All descriptions of products and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion.

Product Disclaimer

Black Flag Pools products, including the Solar Shield, are aftermarket accessories designed to protect pool equipment from UV exposure. Our products are not manufactured by, affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Jandy, Fluidra, or any pool equipment manufacturer. All manufacturer and product names are trademarks of their respective owners and are used solely to identify the equipment our products are designed to fit.

Installation and use of our products is at the customer's own discretion. Black Flag Pools is not responsible for any damage to equipment resulting from improper installation, misuse, or failure to follow included instructions.


Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. Standard shipping is included in or applied at checkout.

  • Single cover orders: Shipping cost is $10.00 via standard shipping.
  • Bundle orders: Shipping rates for bundles are calculated at checkout.
  • Pre-order items: Current pre-order shipments (Wave 1) are expected to ship in late April to early May 2026. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received, unless the item is a pre-order, in which case the estimated ship date will be listed on the product page. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to meet estimated delivery dates, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at info@blackflagpools.store and we will do our best to assist you.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at info@blackflagpools.store. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue.


Return and Refund Policy

Returns — Physical Products (Covers, Accessories)

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for physical products such as the Solar Shield cover. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

  • If the product is returned due to a defect or error on our part, a full refund will be issued.
  • If the product is returned for any other reason and is in undamaged condition, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

To initiate a return, contact us at info@blackflagpools.store with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide return shipping instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or our error.

Returns — Clothing and Apparel

All clothing and apparel sales are final sale. We do not accept returns on clothing items unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If your clothing item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@blackflagpools.store with photos of the damage and we will issue a replacement or refund.

Refund Processing

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund (minus any applicable restocking fee) will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.


Warranty Policy

12-Month Limited Warranty

All BlackFlag Pools Solar Shield covers are backed by a 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and manufacturing only.

What Is Covered

  • Cracking, warping, or structural failure of the cover under normal use and environmental conditions
  • Defects in the adhesive mounting system as supplied
  • Any defect that renders the product non-functional when installed as directed

What Is Not Covered

  • Damage caused by improper installation or failure to follow included instructions
  • Normal wear and cosmetic changes (minor color fading, surface scuffing) that do not affect function
  • Damage caused by impact, modification, or misuse
  • Use on equipment models other than those specified for the product

How to File a Warranty Claim

Contact us at info@blackflagpools.store with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos showing the defect. We will review your claim within 5 business days. If approved, we will ship a replacement cover at no charge.

When you place an order or interact with our website, we may collect the following information:

SMS / Text Messaging Terms of Service


1. Consent to Receive SMS Messages

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to our SMS program, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated marketing and transactional text messages (including SMS and MMS) from BlackFlag Pools at the mobile number you provide. You also agree that these messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system (ATDS) and may include artificial or prerecorded voice messages.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You are not required to opt in to SMS messaging in order to make a purchase from blackflagpools.store or to receive any goods or services from BlackFlag Pools.

By opting in, you confirm that you are the owner or authorized user of the mobile device and phone number provided, and that you are authorized to approve the applicable charges from your mobile carrier.

2. Types of Messages

By opting in to our SMS program, you may receive messages related to:

  • Order confirmations and shipping updates

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with our store and the nature of our promotions. You may receive up to approximately 10 marketing messages per month. Transactional messages (such as order confirmations and shipping updates) are sent as triggered by your purchases and are not subject to this limit.

4. Message and Data Rates

Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply to any messages you send or receive. BlackFlag Pools does not charge a fee for its SMS program, but your mobile carrier's standard messaging rates will apply. Please contact your mobile carrier for details regarding your specific text messaging plan.

5. Opting Out

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages from BlackFlag Pools at any time by replying STOP (or UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT) to any message you receive from us. After you send the STOP message, you will receive one final confirmation message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After that, you will no longer receive marketing messages from us unless you opt in again.

Please note that opting out of marketing messages does not opt you out of transactional messages related to active orders (such as shipping notifications). These will continue until your order is fulfilled.

Our SMS program is supported by major U.S. mobile carriers including but not limited to AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and their affiliates. BlackFlag Pools is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages due to carrier issues, device incompatibility, or other factors outside our control.

We take your privacy seriously. Your phone number and any information you provide through our SMS program will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at https://blackflagpools.store/policies/privacy-policy.

Specifically regarding SMS data:

  • We collect your mobile phone number when you opt in to our SMS program.
  • Your phone number is used solely for the purposes described in these terms and is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
  • We may share your phone number with our SMS service provider(s) solely for the purpose of delivering messages on our behalf. Our SMS service providers are contractually obligated to protect your information.
  • You may request deletion of your phone number from our SMS program at any time by replying STOP to any message or contacting us directly.

9. Quiet Hours

We respect your time and will not send promotional or marketing text messages before 8:00 AM or after 8:00 PM in your local time zone, in compliance with TCPA guidelines and applicable state laws. Transactional messages (such as order confirmations and shipping notifications) may be sent outside of these hours as triggered by your activity.

10. Disclaimer of Warranty

Our SMS program is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, timeliness, or accuracy of SMS messages. We are not responsible for any delays or failures in the delivery of any SMS messages, for any errors in the content of messages, or for any actions you may take or fail to take in reliance on a message.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BlackFlag Pools, its officers, employees, affiliates, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your participation in our SMS program, including but not limited to damages resulting from delayed, lost, or misdirected messages.

12. Modifications to SMS Terms

We reserve the right to modify these SMS terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued participation in our SMS program after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.

13. Governing Law

These SMS terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
