Return and Refund Policy

Overview

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Black Flag Pools. If something isn't right, we're here to help. Please review the policy below for details on returns, refunds, and how to get in touch.


Returns — Physical Products (Covers, Accessories)

We accept returns on physical products such as the Solar Shield cover within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and uninstalled
  • In the same condition you received it
  • In its original packaging

If the product is defective or we made an error, a full refund will be issued including return shipping costs.

If the product is returned for any other reason and is in undamaged condition, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


Returns — Clothing and Apparel

All clothing and apparel purchases are final sale. We do not accept returns on clothing items unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

If your clothing or apparel item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and we will issue a replacement or full refund.


How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at info@blackflagpools.store with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. We will review your request and respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
  3. Ship the item back to us using the provided instructions. Please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Please do not ship items back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.


Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds (minus any applicable restocking fee) will be processed to your original payment methodwithin 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
  • Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take an additional billing cycle for the refund to appear on your statement.
  • Shipping costs on the original order are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or you believe you received a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@blackflagpools.store. Include the following in your email:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos clearly showing the damage or defect

We will review your claim and respond within 2 business days. If approved, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, please initiate a return and place a new order.


Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@blackflagpools.store. If your order has not yet shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. Once an order has shipped, it is subject to the return policy above.

For pre-order items, cancellations are accepted at any time before the item ships for a full refund.
