Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes at this time. International shipping is not available but may be offered in the future.


Shipping Rates

  • Single cover orders: $10.00 flat rate via standard shipping.
  • Bundle and multi-item orders: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order size and destination.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and a second email with tracking information once your order has shipped.


Pre-Order Shipments

Some products may be available for pre-order before they are in stock. Estimated ship dates for pre-order items will be listed on the product page at the time of purchase.

Current pre-order items (Wave 1) are expected to ship in late April to early May 2026. Pre-order timelines are estimates and may shift slightly depending on production. We will keep you updated via email if there are any changes to your expected ship date.

If you need to cancel a pre-order, you may do so at any time before the item ships for a full refund. See our Return and Refund Policy for details.


Estimated Delivery Times

Once shipped, estimated delivery times within the United States are 3–7 business days depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed by Black Flag Pools.


Order Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order (for in-stock items), please contact us at info@blackflagpools.store and we will look into it.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments

If your package appears lost, is marked as delivered but not received, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days at info@blackflagpools.store. Include your order number and any relevant details or photos.

We will work with you and the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Depending on the situation, we may issue a replacement or a full refund.


Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Black Flag Pools is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
